I've been known to forget what seeds I sowed where in the veggie garden. Then a week or 2 later I'll go nuts trying to identify the seedlings :hide

I am glad that I am not the only one!! this year I was very careful to mark everything with spoons written on them and cute copper markers my son bought me. then it rained and everything was blank!!:barnie

You are all better at this I.D. stuff. I sometimes can't tell until they bloom and/or set fruit!

I am going nutz wondering which of the 4 potato varieties is which! I measured again today and the tallest plants are 38". The runts must be more than 20" now but I don't know what any of these are!

My guess is that I won't be disappointed in 3 and, maybe all 4. My guess is also that the above-ground image of each will be burned into my brain because I find it so frustrating that I've buried the plant markers in mulch.

I was scratching around again yesterday but couldn't find a one! They'll turn up. Every shovelful of soil will be removed from the bed during my spud harvesting. Of course, I will know the varieties by the look of the tubers. A few feet each week ... 3 weeks. And, digging won't even begin for about that long!

Shoot.
