Oyster Mushrooms

We foraged these amazing oyster mushrooms and made a delicious breakfast sausage sandwich with them! These mushrooms taste like ****ake mushrooms!

Not much of a mushroom forager but we buy oyster mushrooms, at times. This partly has to do with being tofu eaters .

Glad to have them available ..

. along with button, portobello, straw, and ****ake mushrooms.
