... on the thread I came about losing my pear trees in another area. I've been very sick and unable to discover why so I've been moody. Usually when I'm sick, I complain a lot. I won't lie, I'm a total BABY when it comes to being sick, and I get a lot of colds and junk. *blah*

Anyways, thank you all for the understanding and well wishes. I got my bloodtests back today and everything appeared fine. We tested my thyroid, anemia, vit-D, kidneys and liver. They're all good. So we sent out more tests today, they're thinking its Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. Though it'll be 2 days before those come back, we're treating it anyways starting now. It may take 3-4 days before I show signs of getting better. So fingers crossed we've caught it, and thank you for your patience and friendships! :hugs

Awww, we're just glad you may be back to normal soon. RMSF is certainly no cake walk, been there done that, but it's treatable and knowing what you may have is certainly easier to deal with than a mystery illness. Get well! :hugs

Vfem..don't worry about the venting. We are here to support each other in other ways besides gardening. I'm a big baby too when it comes to being sick. I hate being sick and to top it of my husband does not make a good nurse! Hope you get your results with a positive id of what you have. There is nothing worse then not knowing what you have.

Yes Mary, my husband is a big baby himself, and a terrible nurse when I need him. He's kinda overwhelmed with whats going on and picking up a couple of extra chores to help me out, but can't handle a fraction of what I usually take on. Laundry is still sitting undone and my garden is struggling and close to death!

He hasn't even really helped with the chickens at all. My daughter has been amazing, and my neighbor's keep coming over to check on me since I black out and I'm alone at home with a 4 year old. I'm lucky to have a wealth of people around to come by. I've never felt so bad in my life, I truly feel like I'm dying... especially since there is nothing to give me any relief from this. Nothing I take or do helps.... I wake up from hours of sleep to only feel like I haven't slept at all in days.

I'm trying to be all brave for the family, but not knowing is scaring me to death. I'm terrified. :hide

That's what friends are for. You can unload on us and we won't take it personal.

Thank you all for dealing with me not at my best. I'm physically and mentally worn out. I'm heart broken too. My garden is literally dying around me and with all this heat and extra care it needs I can't do it. Somehow I gotta get out there today with the sprinkler for the chickens as well for their safety. I already have a hurt chicken I saved the other night who needs extra attention and water through this. Its worse now because the meds I'm on won't let me be in direct sunlight long at all, so long sleeves, jeans and hat on when I'm out.

I got downy mildew out of control out there, stink bugs attacking that need squishing and tomatoes dropping off plants that aren't be sauced like they need right away. I have company who keeps coming over to help w/ the daughter and the house, however... they make me sleep, sleep and sleep. I need to do something!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't I blanch, peel and freeze these tomatoes and sauce later? I need to save all this wasted food I've put so much into, but can't manage to use! Going stir crazy!!!!!! :he

Wow, V, I'm so sorry. I haven't been on the forum in a couple of days so didn't know. I wish I lived closer, I'd come out & tend your chickens & garden!!!

Will none of the friends coming over help with the gardening? I know, personally, I'd rather do that than take care of a 4 year old. ;) Nothing personal, just sayin'.
