Peppers

[Gardening with Rabbits]

DD has a friend that grew peppers and they got frost/freeze in garden and are slightly soft. Question is will they be okay if she freezes them now that this has happened?

I'd guess okay ..

. if decay has not already set in ..

. I can't think of any toxins associated with peppers.
