We have 4 dogs, 6 guinea pigs, 2 cats, 2 horses, 5 mini sheep, 3 pb pigs, 3 aquariums, koi pond, 9 chickens, 4 guinea fowl, 8 ducks, 8 rabbits.

Wow! you have quite an entourage. Are most of these animals for your meat consumption? Love that pasture setting.

Rabbits and sheep are for meat.
Chickens fall ill too easily and need far too much care for them to be worth it. Ducks are great, except they need to be fed a ton all the time to get to a butcher weight, so again, not worth it.
I have 4 drakes I'm trying to sell, but no one buys them...eh. I don't want to waste my time trying to eat them, so they are still here.
Everyone else are pets, annoyingly cute pets.
