Had some minor surgery this afternoon.

Watching puffin cam was relaxing but ..

. relaxed my oversight of the dang autocorrect!

I love bird cams. We have watched hawk, eagle and owl nests. Saw mama eagle bring her eaglets a dead kitten to eat once though.

Check out http://nature365.tv A new video every morning and a nice way to start the day.

I would not have wanted to see the birds of prey, this morning !

Beaks, talons and scalpels are too similar ..!

The puffins would be hard to imagine if there wasn't evidence of their existence, don't you think? Kinda goofy birds, too ;)

With the garden put to bed for winter, you can put your feet up, rest and recuperate. You timed that out well!

Too much puffin and loading. Not enuf puffin and loafing.

;)

I always try to leave them wanting more information. That didn't work when I recently went through the TSA line at the airport. I'd removed most of what they usually ask for but I knew I was in trouble when I was told to turn my head and cough.

Is it time for your pain meds, or mine?
