I noticed that one of my zuchini on my cocozelles has been hiding from me and gotten huge. It's on an early Spring plant so it's about played out anyway. I guess I know where zuchini seeds are coming from next year. I like the cocozelles. They have a heartier flavor that goes well in soups and stews. My black zukes are just starting to produce so letting the coco plant mature a squash will be no sacrificee.

Isn't it amazing how that can happen??? I mean, I look at my plants everyday-and then surprise! My chickens love it when I cut those big ones in half!

Zukes are good at hiding and all you have to do is miss them for a couple of days.
