I'm wondering what to expect production wise how many pounds of potatoes do you usually get from each pound of seed potatoes planted. I bought 10 pounds this weekend, I'm wondering how many pounds on average should I expect. :/

It should be at least 10 to 1, Trunkman.

For example, I bought 6 pounds of seed potatoes last year and got 90 pounds at harvest. This isn't the Snake River Plains either but a glacial valley many miles from that fertile ground.

Here's wishing you the best of luck :)!

edited to ask: what kind of potatoes are they?
