I am in zone 7b. I am hoping someone can tell me the typical yield per stalk per season. I am shooting for about 40 dozen ears this year but don't know how much to plant.
I had some silver queen once, they were sprouted in a class and I "adopted" the sproutlings after the project was over. Only got one ear per stalk... but it's short cool summers out here, so I've never been able to get two full ears of corn on a single stalk.
