No matter how small ~ there are those ~ who must leave something on their plate ``` I made breakfast ~ for myself and daughter this morning ( we're at the mountain spread ) Eggs, pancake ~ toast, tomato and bell pepper ``` She found an ~ tiny imperfection on the tomato and a cup of cocomoco ~ she has great eyes ```

I have a friend who was raised with a silver spoon. The must leave something on plate only applies to eating at someones house. Home or restaurant empty plate is fine. It has to do with host having to offer more food if plate empty. By leaving food it means you are full from the meal. Rich peoples rules. Never ever show up to dinner at someones home without a gift wine, flowers or cake.

Nope I eat with my mouth not my eyes. No reason to leave anything behind. Then again I eat a lot of leftovers because presentation does not affect my meal.

reminds me of Grandma, if you sat at the table she'd bring food and keep on bringing it until you got up (if you could ).

Just find the pitcher, fill with cold water, some tea bags.....set in the sun.
