Since I simply don't have the wherewithal or energy to get my top netting stitched yet, I've been getting the south and north beds ready. The north bed is getting 3 more berries right away, and 2 more later. Right now a Tay and an unknown probably Logan, and a Fall Gold Raspberry are going in. Sometime after the 1st if I can get one, a Marion and that unusual one at my secret patch in the woods will go in.
In the south row will go some peas. Most important are the red seeded golden poddeds that began appearing. I do hope they breed true! I don't think there is a variety out there that is golden podded and red seeded. I'll also plant some Alaska Peas. Me like um for garden munchies, and for soup peas. I will leave plenty of room in that bed for Bush Beans to be planted later, May 1st to 5th or so.
Hopefully soon I'll be able to stitch that netting back together.
