Well ~ I've embarked on the making ~ Sour Dough Starter ```

That sound fun and good ~ this is my first try at traditional sourdough ``` I've used cultured milks and cheese cultures ~ in breads ~ but love the real western sourdough taste ```

There was a bread ~ in the old country ~ that had a wonderful tang ```
Each starter ~ is a little different ~ I really look forward to ~ this one ~ that is working from this morning ~ Oh ` it look nice ~ has a chance to come out well ~ cheeses do well here ~ I'll just keep it here by me ~ so I can have a look ```

Think I might give it a spoon of Bulgur ~ you know ~ cracked wheat ~ should like that ~ I do ```
