South Western Virginia - last killing frost

I'm starting everything from seed this year and was wondering if anyone knows about when the last killing frost would be in my area? I'm near Stuart, VA, right on the NC line. I took a guess and I have a few things sprouting inside but I need to do some calculating to see if there are others I should be sprouting.
