Southsea Secret

If this is an actual allotment shed, it can't really be said to be "owned by sheddie Clare Lean." Still, she has taken some real pride in it! Not, my style but I thought it was cute what she has done in an English community garden.

Some controversy when the UK government cleared out allotment gardens for the Olympics, demolishing some sheds. Let's hope Clare can enjoy hers for a long, long time.

Looks like she must spend a fair amount of time there. I thought the boat roofed shed was interesting, as a contrast, I'm betting it's owned by a guy.;)

Allotment shed. I can't wrap my head around not having a place for a shed. I guess the American version is all the long rows of rental storage buildings.

I think it is great that a number of European countries have a requirement for local governments to provide unused ground for community gardens.

Then the gardener is allowed to put up a shed for tool storage. Often, it is real ruff but being the kind of people that they are, there is a comfortable place to sit and a way to make tea.
