Spring is here !!!

We in the PNW ( including me ) have an intestinal flu virus running rampant this past 2 weeks... up- chuck and running trots with TONS of BLAHHH ! ... But there is HOPE on the horrison ! Last Sat., our blueberry bushes started to show the first signs of buds. Sunday one had leaves, and the others' buds are swelling fast. Now, half of the bushes showing leaf as well as blossum tips. Lots of rain but quite warm as the temps. have run up to 10* over normal this past week and more to come.

And here in South-est, central-est Wisconsin I have two fig trees beginning to leaf out as well as the potted -- unplanted from last fall -- Monk's Hood (Aconitum) sending up shoots. I haven't checked the hydrangea yet. All these are in the sun room.
