Squash Flowers

I don't cook, but I do plant squash for my chickens. Every year more and more friends ask me for the flowers. My old Italian Aunts used to bread and fry them. I was wondering if anyone grows squash just for the flowers? Bet there is a market for them.

I grow most of mine for the flowers honestly, we always give away all the extra squash and collect the flowers in the early morning when they're open. We fry them plain, or stuff them with cheeses or meats and then put them in a beer batter and fry them. LOVE LOVE LOVE squash flowers!!! YUM!
