i started my seeds indoors this year i started every thing i could but was it to early i cant put any thing in the ground to mid may and my green beens are a foot tall and i only olanted them a week ago
The best thing to do with your beans, honestly, would be to pull them out and feed them to your chickens or whatever, because I see no possibility whatsoever of keeping them happy for 5-6 weeks. Chalk it up to a learning experience, and plant a second round at a more appropriate time.
(Beans do not usually transplant well, btw, so you might be better off direct sowing them like most people do -- if you want a head start, might be better to concentrate your efforts on prewarming the soil with clear plastic)
If things are that tall that fast, btw, I strongly suspect they are also not getting anywhere near enough light. Try getting a shoplight fixture (they are cheap, as are the fluorescent bulbs they run) and keep adjusting it ever few days so it stays only a few inches above the top leaves of the plant.
