I've about finished tearing out an old bermuda lawn and I wanted to show you what I did with a subarban back yard 55 feet by about 15 feet.
This is my herb corner

My lima bean patch. The squash are delicata vines just getting ready to lay down and run.

My pole beans finally found the poles YAAAY!

wax beans just up. Rosemary bush at the upper right needs no care at all.

One of my hired hands. A digger wasp busy making a burrow to stuff a catterpillar into.

Perrenial morning glory on a fence and slope is my bug sanctuary. It is never sprayed and disturbed as little as possible. It give my bugs a place to hide and get things balanced up
