Most of my planting areas are now protected by fencing from rabbits, but I am making plans for next years garden and have an area or two that I could plant some extras in, but they won't be protected from rabbits, so is there any such thing as a veggie plant a rabbit won't eat? (especially as a seedling / young plant)

Other then fences and bb guns and cats... I have no idea what would keep them away from your garden. They like to nibble on everything! argh!

Oh I already learned that lesson. My garden is totally fenced where they can't get to it, I was just looking at an area outside of the garden that is begging to be planted but has no protection from Buggs Bunny.

If you used that area for things like "tire potato towers" or tomatoes in buckets or other container gardens would that keep them away or would they just jump up and eat? Little wascally wabbits!

Kassaundra, it might be better to ask what they like.

What seems to really draw them are the beans and peas.

Beans especially must be a rabbit magnet.

I just thought the list of what the won't eat would be shorter!
