I live in arizona theres a very tiny bee thats black and white or silver. almost the size of black bean . They almost look like flies. do anyone knows what they are called? :bee

When you said tiny I thought of the sweat bee family but they don't get anywhere near as big as a black bean. There are a great many burrowing bees. It may be one of them.
It's hard to say without a picture.

I am not sure if these what I have, they are called cellophane bees, "colletes " They are fast and tiny !!
