My order from Tomato Growers arrived this week :ya . Anyone ever order from them? This is my second year ordering seeds from them am I'm quite pleased with all their very interesting varieties they offer. Here's what I ordered for this season:

Rosa Bianca Eggplant
Violette Di Firenze Eggplant
Socrates X3R Hybrid Pepper
Wes Oxheart Tomato
German Johnson Beefsteak Tomato
Pineapple Tomato
Martino's Roma
German Giant Beefsteak Tomato
(free packet)

I'm really looking forward to those Socrates Peppers, their suppose to be an impressive very large pepper. Their an interesting bell pepper that are nice and blocky. I need to get some seed starter and I'm off to planting them :) .

Went to their site and they have a nice selection of interesting tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant. I will have to remember them for the next time I order seed. We are growing the Rosa Bianca Eggplant this year, too - we will have to compare notes once we harvest!

The rosa bianca is my favorite eggplant. Could be because my daughter's name is Bianca! I got 10 eggplants from one plant. I was very pleased considering our summers are only 67 degrees and they like heat. This year, I'm planting 3 plants. I don't know where I'll be able to squeese them in! :/

I like those people . . .

and the quality of their seed! Never had a problem with it thru about 4 orders.

The prices are a little steep but, altho' it isn't quite a 1 person operation, they aren't a big outfit by any means. Very pretty catalog also (!) but it helps to look at the list of varieties they don't have pictured. Tomato Growers Supply has lots and lots of tomato/pepper/eggplant varieties.
