Anybody know what causes this? Do they need nitrogen?

Yes they need more nitrogen. Give them some bone meal or use a foliar fertilizer that should help.

I think we need more information before adding more nitrogen.

Is it the whole plant, or just the bottom or just the top NEW leaves that are turning yellow? Any spotting? Pictures would help.

:frow Try some Epson Salts dissolved in water first. It often solves the problem -- it's my standby cure! Which reminds me I MUST BUY some more, I'm nearly out of it.

Hope it helps as it's miserable when your cherished plants "go sick"!
