We were on another property removing a storm damaged pecan tree, and found one we can't identify.
The owner says it doesn't flower, and is the first to turn yellow and drop its leaves in the fall (it's already starting). here are the leaves...

For scale, the porch railing is 9", so that leaf on the bottom right is about 4.5" wide.
We're in west-central Georgia, close to the Alabama state line, above Columbus.
If it helps, it's the large tree in the background here:
Anyone have an idea? I can't find a match in the online guide to native trees, so it may have been planted by a prior resident.
