Hi there!

I am always searching for information on various vegetables & fruit & I found this one. I have left it on the page for Kale as I found the properties very interesting.

On the left-hand side is a list of all the veg & fruit it lists & if you want it there is a list in Spanish. . The whole site is very useful.


I have just been sowing a lot of different Kale varieties for the autumn & winter -- for me & the chickens.........!!

Hattie, I want you to know I've made a folder on my toolbar in Firefox where I am stashing all of the links you come up with. Yes, I have my own 'Hattie' folder and it's filling up fast!
