Uses For Limes

I have a lime tree in my office, that has 6 hopefully ripe limes. I don't want to pick them till I will use them. But other then in a cocktail what are they good for?

I planted a Bears lime tree for my husband's coronas. I substitute them for lemons if I don't have ripe lemons. Use on fish, fresh water, and my chicken soup. My chicken soup always has to have lots of cilantro and lemon/lime juice.

I prefer limes to lemons.

Use the juice on fruit - including apple pie !

The soup idea - I do that, too! Noodles. Brighten them up with lime juice and bean sprouts.
