is the stupidest law ever passed or at least right there with it. So now anyone who sells non-GMO will be sued if a test shows a positive. From a legal stand point, all products will now be labeled with "may have GMO" to keep scum bag lawyers from suing.

Well, if they just add "may have GMO" to every label, maybe there won't be that particular problem.
I don't see this law as a solution, as GMO has drifted, as everyone seems to agree, to organically grown crops, such as corn. The problem is that even organic growers can't positively guarantee that no GMO has drifted to their crops. Will certified organic growers be sued at the drop of a hat, as well?
What's the solution? Certainly not more name calling and finger pointing. We have some really smart people in the world. Surely this can be figured out, to no one's detriment.
