Garden Addicted
A very good chance, though not excellent... to get a good deal on some land. How good of a deal? Depends on who shows up at the auction I suppose!
They are auctioning off several tracts of land, the smallest being 2.75 acres. That's the tract I want. I want to garden it, eventually add peach trees over the years to create the front half of the property as a good size orchard. A couple of dz trees to age with us. Later in life, like 40 years from now, build our dream home and retire. Its a nice thought to say the least. The piece of property is GORGEOUS!

That's the pdf of the brochure for the sale.
No minimum starting bid on the property, will sell for whatever... long as it sells. Today was the showing of the property where they brought up all the information to answer questions. You know, tax info, any liens, walking the property line to show where everything will end up falling during the auction. I was 1 of 2 people who showed up for it! That's a good sign, right?!
I have a shot, a small one... but a good shot! I just wish it was better timing, I don't have a lot to throw at it right now. It's EXACTLY where I want to have a piece of property. Literally 1/4 mile from my house I'm drooling thinking about. I even got a soil sample to test the fertility. Hehehehe
