What a beautiful drizzly day

Here in SoCal rain is always welcome, except those downpours that produce mudslides. Right now we have a fine drizzle that has been going on since around midnight. My ground really doesn't need the moisture but a fine drizzle like this is like a foliar feeding for the garden. My rabbits are kind of grumpy about it (they're all under cover but don't like the damp air) but I think it's great. My red mustard seems to be growing so fast I can almost watch it.

Yeah, I think a decent rain does a lot more good than any watering we can do. Not the floods but a nice slow steady rain. I think it washes what we call pollutants out of the air and into the ground where the plants use them as nutrients.

We've had some of your rain Hoodat. Right now it is beautiful! Blue skies with fluffy clouds and windy. I LOVE the wind!
I don't know how many times I go and take a walk in my garden just to see the things I've planted. Of course they haven't grown in a week.

Yeah, this storm is wonderful! We've had quite a bit of rain from it where we are located. Love it!!!!!

Sure wish you had kept it there! We got a good snow with wind Friday. Today it got warm and started to thaw. Ooops now it is RAINING and FREEZING. Not a good mix. May be a messy drive in the morning.

We've had a "drizzle" of white fluffy stuff here today. I love a drizzly day. Must be a gardeners thing. I love the rain! We have some of our native wild turkeys that like it too! This picture was from last fall on one of our drizzly/foggy days. Enjoy the cleansing and watering of your garden hoodat!
