What are these bugs?

Hi, I'm new to gardening and need help identifying some bugs. Thnx!

These tiny ones are all OVER the place. I mean EVERYWHERE

This red one is on a garden hose so it shows you the size.

Looks like a shield bug; a relative of the stink bug. They seem to be partial to bean vines but will get on almost anything. Neem oil is probably your best organic control. Use neem oil carefully in the evening so you harm as few bees and predaors as possible.
