From what I understand, the military conducts these kinds of trainings all the time. According to what I've been reading the military operations are going to be happening in my remote part of Texas where private lands are very large ranches. These military personnel are supposed to be incognito dropping out of the sky with blanks in their guns onto private property, and working their way into our communities. Living in a ghost town, I'm pretty sure I'd notice any new faces. Ranchers around here have real ammo and might not take too kindly to unannounced strangers crawling around on their land.
