What is that weed that is adible ~Sheeps ????

Sheeps something~I don't remember the name, I heard it spoken of here on the forum. I'd like to know for sure, I think I may have it here.

Journey, the sheep Sorrel is very interesting, all the many uses, medicinal uses~

thistle, Lambs Quarters, also but I'm not sure,I think it's here a couple types. I must away for several days I'll look closer when I return.
