Sure looks like mealybug to me (tho I'm on dialup and confess I did not have the patience to let the pics finish loading ).
Remove all you can by hand (squish squish squish, not being too awful rough with the leaves) and then I'd spray 'em with a commercial insecticidal soap solution e.g. Safer's soap, making sure to wet the undersides of the leaves well. That, possibly repeated once a week for a while, plus being outside and exposed to predators, should at least keep them in check enough not to bother the plant.
Keep those plants WELL away from any other indoor plants, though -- mealybugs is pretty contagious, and really really hard to fully get rid of, especially on houseplants!
I know its not white fly... I'm dealing with those right now! Grrrr
I used a simple dawn soap mix with water and spray top and bottom. Then rinse with regular water to get some of the residue off the next day... then I repeat a couple days later. Its actually helping!
