What kind of bug?

My friend in Oklahoma sent me a picture of a bug that she's been having problems with on her pumpkins. I don't recognize it so I'm hoping y'all can help. It's not the best picture, I'm trying to get her to send me a close up.

Okay, she sent ma a better picture and I could tell right away that it was a ladybug larvae. Never mind.

I havent seen very many Lady bugs this year

That is just what I was going to say. My plum tree was covered with them... I am glad I knew what they looked like, or I might have killed them. They really don't look like lady bugs.
