DD went to get a free bush and the lady does not know the name, but said it gets pink flowers.

@Gardening with Rabbits Another guess on your new shrub. Looking at the leaves on the sample pic leaves look opposite on stem, simple, dull blue-green leaves, whitish below. Are the leaves fragrant when crushed. If so your free bush could be a caryopteris plant - common name ‘Blue Bead’, flowers blue appear next to the leaf nodes on the stems, & blooms from early summer to fall.
