What will be New in Your garden this year? I'll start ... How's this as a way to heighten enthusiasm?
  • Cinnamon Girl pie pumpkin
  • Saisai, a diakon radish variety developed as a leaf crop
  • North Star bell pepper
  • Colossal, an improved Whopper bell pepper
  • Petit Gris de Rennes An Early Melon :)
  • Choryoku, a green Asian eggplant and different from Kurume
  • Sweet Treats tomatoes, a pink cherry
  • Starflower Scabiosa
  • Texas Black broom corn, both for DW's dry flower arranging

;)

Flowerbug, did I send you some seeds or did I just mention them? I don't remember but if I didn't I can send you some.

Tohya soybeans.

I mentioned them in the "Tofu!" thread but missed it in the seed box and above. It's supposed to be very early and be able to handle cool temperatures. If'n there are the usual cool Spring temperatures.

Also mentioned the Wing Beans on TEG. Those seem too exotic to be in my garden.

There are also 2 new-to-me bok choys but ... altho that was sent in very early, there are 3 things backordered from that company. It's okay. Have plenty of seed for Mei Qing, tried-&-true.

Almost everything I have this year is new to me. Only thing I have sown before are the brandywine and dark galaxy tomatoes, and my calendula.

Everything else is new. The thing I am most excited for are the golden midget watermelons. Little individual melons that turn yellow when they're ripe!
