Woo-hoo I've got corn!

Ok,OK, :D so its only seedlings 2 inches tall, but it is CORN. :lol: I planted it on July 1. I planted it in two seperate beds, one poor soil but fertilizer added prior to planting and one well-groomed and ammended, also with fertilizer added before planting. Guess which one is popping up the most corn seedlings? The poor soil plot. :rolleyes: Other than "helping" my dad as a small child, I've never grown corn myself before. I feel so :cool:

Congrats on your future corn! Doesn't it feel great to grow something yourself?
