Here is a variety that I have been growing and selecting for a couple years. I am trying for a small stuffing tomato. If you would be interested in growing out some, let me know and I will send you some seeds. The tomatos from the parent are a great tasting tomato itself. Even if you don't get any of the hollow tomatos, you will still have a great tasting tomato. It is a potato leaf and indeterminate. It resists cracking in wet weather, has a great hang time when ripe and has a small green dot on the shoulder when ripe. If you have any questions just let me know.

Believe it or not I have never made a stuffed tomato but I have had them with sausage or hamburger as the key ingredient.

The stuffed pepper is definitely more popular but I prefer the stuffed tomato. There are only a few tomatoes suitable for stuffing. That is why I am working on this variety.
