a half a bowl of raisin bran and whole milk yogurt once a day and enough liquids. i've never been "regular" but this is as close as i've ever gotten since we started. if you don't like raisins use some other cereal but it has to have the fiber in it. i also don't really much like the juicing craze either because that destroys a lot of the benefit of having the fiber in the veggies/fruits.

i don't ever recommend the plain fiber additives because they are so processed that i don't think they're all that great for the body. better to just eat more fruits/veggies and whole grains, but also to keep to a regular schedule so that your body gets trained to perform when needed.

coffee often can make a person pee too much so if you aren't drinking enough water to offset the effects of the caffiene that could also be a part of the issue (er, um, well perhaps "non-issue" is a better term to use there? :) ).

i have plenty of black raspberries i could send you for free! i've been fighting them in the garden & just took out a bunch. still have plenty more but i'm not pulling those since i still want some berries this summer for eating. i can always expect them to be ready for picking from July 1st till the 14th.

Heritage is a nice red raspberry but it does have some thorns. it grows well over here in my area.

NY, I found a probiotic that has me going like I used to go in my teens and 20s. I'll be taking this stuff from now on, as it's just too wonderful for words.

Called Flora Source...you can find it on Amazon. It recommends to take two caps a day but I only take one, with amazing results. Every day go, excellent clean out each time.
