Yellowing leaves on seedlings

I have noticed that a few varieties of my tomato seedlings have some yellow leaves on them. I just transplanted them from plastic pacs to peat pots because they were getting too big. I've been keeping them watered, but not sitting in water, and they are under fluorescent lights. What might be causing this?

Are you feeding them? Too much nitrogen will cause yellowing.
