i did in fact have two cookies (and milk!) about an hour ago... the bag had about two dozen cookies in it (short bread chocolate chip - very rich cookies, made a few days ago with butter and extra chocolate chips). not lyin... trust me... (that phrase is a bit of a joke with us because now when Mom is watching her dvds and some character on a show says "Trust me." we break out with laughter)...

I made a very rich coffee oats and banana cake this morning, i must have put six bananas in with a few teaspoons of. Cinnamon and a desert spoon of xylitol. It is so yummy .
