Somehow interesting, this sitting area didn't exist 24 hours ago yet. I added a small branch over the bucket, easier for birds to access to the water.

It's so great to have breakfast in the morning light.

I also arranged the table flowers here, so cozy.

The first set of customers who sit here after we open at 12~

Strawberry pockets (puff pastry, creme chantilly, and fresh strawberries), very low in sugar.

Sourdough focaccia~

Our daily lunch set (9 Euros), served with sparkling water - one of our customers told us, this is so far the best meal he has in the past two weeks. Our lunch set always includes fresh veggie and fruit salat, a homemade baking good (today is a bread bun with egg salad), sparkling water, and a cup of Bento (rice with toppings) - no need to buy additional drink unless you want. It's a complete meal with simple but real food. The salad greens and flowers from the garden come to the shop, as planned in the very beginning.

It's a small shop, but I try to create experiences and memories for people.

Another two sunny and warm weeks are coming, time to speed up the gardening work. But first, breakfast and harvesting!

The purple broccoli is ready to the table, dreamlike.

Homegrown premium food

Oh, look at them, self-seeded and sprouted lettuces from the plants I let flower last year!

Both varieties have 2nd generation - and thankfully I didn't sow any lettuce this year I will transplant them later in another planter, there should be close to 10 plants.

Hens are enjoying sunlight and fresh grass

Bobo also enjoyed the garden while I was working.

I love the pictures of your yard. You make it both beautiful and productive. That purple broccoli looks like a bouquet of flowers.

Relocated some nice looking 'weeds' - forget me not, yellow archangel, and feverfew

Yellow archangel looks great, but after some time, they will become troubles for the azalee plants. A container is a better platform for them. The yellow and blue combination show a harmonious spring color scheme.

I transplanted one feverfew in the center.

Another two propagated plants are also ready to serve, I will transplant them before next rain forecast.

An important work for this May - the first cut back for Aster and Shasta Daisy. I will divide several large cluster of MUMs, they successfully overwintered without any mulch.

Catnip (the 3rd year, growing from seed in 2023), Comfrey, and Bleeding heart - they are doing well in this spot and need almost no maintenance. Next spring, I will divide them, too.

The divided Lupines check-in their next stop. Tomorrow, I want to divide and transplant MUMs in another side.

What a lovely view from my lettuce and scallion bed! As I didn't sow any lettuce, whatever in this bed were from the store (but with root) and regrow here, same as scallions.
