Don’t keep up a veggie garden any more. I planted flowering trees , fruit trees. shrubs, perennials for a 4 season burst of color. Also apple, grapes strawberry’s & plums.

My tiny little greenhouse is 16’x8’. Heated with thermostats and several air vents. You’d be surprised how much stuff I could grow in that with 3 layers of shelving, grow lights for both flowering plants and greens. I was always happy with the size never really wanted to find myself overwhelmed...

It’s a hour or so drive and the freeway is always tricky especially in rough weather. Maybe in summer when the weather is better and the entire pasture is chalked full of dandies and free for the Pickens. Your welcome anytime… Tea is a must.. margarita dandie tea…. mmmm 😋.

Yes dandies make wonderful garnishes for a tad of spice for salads. When I was in hort school I had a whole list of etible weeds…( I think I have acres of every one of ‘em ). Dandelion wine anyone ? Or even pickle dandies . But I digress… Dahlia , You know your only a hop skip and a jump away...
