yes, for the SFG I used a modified Mel's mix... its mushroom compost, peat moss, black kow, jungle potting mix and our own compost.

i did have seed starts but no plants earlier of sunflower but they fell off the railing... could they have taken this long ( 2 months) to get to that point?

it could also be weeds! I am not saying it HAS to be anything i want! I also have lantana growing there and coneflower.
