It's always been low calcium here in SC. I pitch in a hand shovel of lime in the hole before I put the tomato plant in, then top dress as needed depending on how much rain we get. The lime solved the problem for me.

I use Vitamin E capsules. 400 IU, and take 3 or 4 when things get really painful. Also, chocolate, walnuts. And th heating pad of course.

I had my first colonoscopy at 23. No big deal. This was in 1985 too. Had first mamogram at 39. I have been boringly healthy for the most part :thumbsup
