    canning question

    My mom never processed her pickles and we are all still here. I don't make alot of pickles but neither my bread and butter pickles nor my pickled beets need processing. I'm thinking it has something to do with the vinegar and the salt. :idunno

    Sick chicken - I'm at a loss

    So sorry for your sick girl. I know how frustrating it is when you don't know what is wrong and how to help them. Making the decision to put her down to stop her suffering is often the right one to do - but hard to do. I know she had a good life while she was with you. :hugs

    Zuc have a way about them - one minute they are the size of your thumb, the next time you look at them, they are the size of a small animal and if you don't pick it then you could probably use it for a canoe. LOL! ;) :ep
