Thank you, thank you, thank you... I want to try the cinnamon pickles.... Question, have you tried putting the rinsed slices into the jars and just pouring the hot brine into the jars to get more crunchyness? Then process.....Have you used pickle crisp?

Hey garden heads..... all of my onion sets (planted 8 weeks ago) have all sprouted flowers. I think I read to remove the flowers so all the energy goes into making the fruit. So I did remove all the flowers.... Right or wrong???? When should the bulbs start to fatten up?

Oh, habanero, and serrano jelly is amazing... only red and yellow veggies for the habanero and green and yellow for the serrano.... never stays on the shelf, just like the berry jellies...

No... Everything is locked and secured. Frankly, my wife would never think of that. I would've though. I checked the egg counts all the time before collecting so I know all were accounted for. That egg count is amazing though...
Ok, now I know something is up...found 2 more eggs this afternoon for a total of 17 eggs from 11 layers. If I didn't know better I would think the wife was messing with me... but all the eggs were accounted for...
