Yesterday, I was testing the pH of my garden soil, and since I had the kit out, I also tested the pH of my used coffee grounds. It came up with 6.0 (slightly acid). This was Eight O'Clock Coffee - not sure if all brands would be the same. So I'm feeding it to my blueberry and lilac bushes.
I grew blue potatoes this year, too. When I tried boiling some, the water turned blue. They are good, but the production was not as good as it was with the other two kinds of potatoes I grew, so not sure if I'll give them the garden space again next year. Although I do LOVE bringing them out...
Your A frame greenhouse looks a lot like our chicken tractor. I was wondering what to do with it after we have completed our permanent coop. You just gave me a great idea :thumbsup
