Happy new year , looks pretty chilly there.It currently 17F here.

Oh, so you're having a heat wave.

That was just what I was going to say!

It's warmed up to 5* right now, so a good time to carry some water up to the dog's heated bucket to keep it topped off. Outside spigot is frozen up, so have to draw it up inside and tote it a 100 yd up slope. Will gather up any eggs while I'm up there....left yesterday's eggs overnight and they were frozen this morning.

The dogs got a frozen snack!

Last year around this time.....busting a skim of ice in the puddles in a green yard. No gloves, no toboggan.

This year.....heated bucket rimmed with frost.

We have only been down to single digits a couple times this year so far. Glad that arctic weather went the other way this time.

It be +27 degrees here~ regular heat wave``` Six days till Christmas~ we'll open a present each~ when we sit for breakfast```

Collector~ our weather is similar~ well~ not too many degrees off~ I'll bet``` Good to see you up this morn```
