Lows in the mid-20's, highs in the high-40's with only a 30% chance of snow today. Nothing warmer for awhile but some sunshine! I will take it!!!

South Window is crammed with seedlings. It may be a cloudy sky this afternoon but I will go right ahead and turn on the greenhouse heat. I've gotta get some things outta here!

Furnace can go off at 5pm and everything can track back into the house for the overnight hours but with sunshine in the forecast, I might not bother with that for long!

Awesome find for the first day of spring..........The squeamish look away.

The picture doesn't do it justice, it is about 3 inches by 3 and a half inches when it lays semi flat.

I believe it is Dolomedes tenebrosus, a fishing spider.
