This has been on my mind since this unfolded, and if I should continue with any network beans. Now I feel quite worried (paranoid even) about this happening again. I feel bad that this happened at all, that was a lot of beans to lose. I've always worried a little that something like this could happen, even though things seemed to go so well until now. If I do any network beans in the future, I would go with whatever way you're most comfortable with @Blue-Jay. This year I've sent a fairly large number of beans into the US and Europe as well (in bean trades) and every single one has arrived without incident, I'm still a bit staggered that this even happened. Maybe paper wrap is the better way.@heirloomgal,
Once you get your 2025 garden layout finalized. If you want you can request any Network beans you want to grow and any other beans you want to grow. I wonder if maybe we should just try the paper wrap method for all of it this year. What do you think about that?
